The map of Queen Elizabeth National Park was somewhat confusing. Not all the roads were clearly marked and there were mud holes along the way that we didn't care to attempt driving through even with our four-wheel drive. As we tried to find our way around a crater lake we found ourselves in a small fishing village which obviously was outside the park boundaries.

There was no question about it: we were clearly at the end of the road.
