After we dropped our pilots off at the Gorilla Forest Camp in Bwindi, we went back to the church and met up with P.J., Erin, Levi, and Rev. George. The fog was rolling in over the Virungas and we could hear thunder in the mountains.
The skies opened up but we were safe inside the church. We processed 40 people, mostly Bakiga and a few Batwa to get comparisons in height, leg muscle and tendon sizes.
Then we headed back to Guesthouse for a snack around 3 pm. Later we planned to have dinner and drinks at the Volcanoes Safari Restaurant in the Bwindi Gorilla Lodge
