Completing the transect. The idea here was to create a route through the forest which would challenge a walker to step over fallen trees, dodge low branches, and involve tricky footing uphill or downhill in order to simulate how the Batwa would move through the forest to hunt and gather food and just to navigate from one location to another. Then the amount of energy could be measured through the collection of data from the bio-harness and thermographic imagery.
